Verizon, a telecommunications company, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers had pleasant experiences, others expressed dissatisfaction with the company's policies and services. One customer praised the staff at a Verizon store, stating that the lady working there was able to provide the same phone at a discounted price when the online order did not process on time. Another customer, however, complained about being charged $30 for customer service, which they felt should have been a courtesy. Despite these issues, Verizon has also received positive feedback. A customer named Monty was commended for his excellent service in replacing a failed SIM card in an iPhone 13 Pro, bringing it back to life. Another customer, who normally dislikes shopping at iPhone stores, had a surprisingly pleasant experience at a Verizon store. The staff was friendly, the wait time was minimal, and the customer was able to get their phone repaired efficiently. Furthermore, one customer, who had not always had the best customer service with Verizon, had a positive experience with an employee named Alex Cantù. Alex helped them with their initial issue, upgraded their devices and service for less than they were already paying, and provided helpful suggestions for their small businesses. Overall, Verizon's customer service appears to be a mixed bag, with both positive and negative experiences reported by its customers.
Great service but had to stand for about 10 minutes for service.

I was there to pick up a new phone for my daughter. The online order did not process on time. The lady working was able to get me the same phone and at a discounted price. She was awesome.
