“I had to get a new phone last minute so headed over to the Verizon in Macomb. Chloe was extremely friendly and helpful. She talked me through the process of backing up all my files and photos as it was something I was very concerned about. It was a bit of a lengthy process (I have a LOT of stuff on my phone) but she never made me feel like I was burdening her or other customers. She gave me advice on what protective case to get as I was worried about dropping my new phone. She and the other employee there (Michael?) were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Would definitely recommend this location for any phone troubles!”
