My husband had a phone issue with a pin. He went to Verizon in Macomb. Two employees could not help him and he left frustrated. Went back today and we got Casey. Casey took control of the phone, and solved every issue he was having. Wonderful employees are hard to find, and Verizon needs to hold on to Casey!
