“This was my first time dealing with Mark’s machine shop. We realized that our plow was not working and we had heavy snow predicted for tomorrow. Our usual shop retired late last year and are no longer in business. I called other shops and was told it would take 10-14 days to inspect our plow.I talked to Bryce at Mark’s, and he assured me that they could inspect and work on our plow the same day. Eric checked it out, found the problem and had it fixed within an hour. He let me know that if I called him in a few days after the heavy snow, they could replace a broken running light on our plow with parts they keep in stock.The service was fast, accurate, and I could not be happier. And the repair cost was very reasonable. Mark’s has a new customer in us!”

“I've always had good experiences with the NAPA Auto parts in the area. This one is no exception. I was looking for a cheap pair of brake pads to hold me over. They had by far the lowest price @ this location, even comparing them to O'Reilly and AutoZone and any of the other big national chains.I went to pick it up. Arrived before I was supposed to. I went back out to my car and the kid pulled me back in before I drove away to let me know the part just showed up.And to my absolute surprise, it even included some hardware that I thought I was going to be reusing. “5/5 star review for my experience on 8/11. My car was jumped 2 times this day before I decided to go get my battery checked at O’reilly’s in sycamore. I was greeted by ALexander and he made such a huge impact on my day and my car. He tested my battery, which was good, but noticed the battery terminal connector was loose and some other part was upside down. So Alexander made the proper adjustments and tightened the terminal connector and my car has been running smoothly. That day was my moms birthday which allowed me to continue my plans with Her and saved my hours at a repair shop. Alexander deserves a raise :) Thank you again!”

Took my truck there to get frame repaired with some welding and brought new bed to get painted. They did some top notch work on all of my welding repairs and the fit and finish was Incredible on my bed. I was so greatful for the results and all the time and effort put in to it. I've been grinning from ear to ear for Days now. And Ray is one of the coolest dudes you can meet!
