“Stuff on your car needs to be fixed sometimes, if you own a vehicle there’s no way around it and as a girl who knows nothing about cars or how to fix things it can be a little intimidating walking into an autozone. I found which isle I needed to be in just fine and the books they have hanging around were there but all I saw was a series of numbers. Thankfully Aiden L. Came to my rescue and helped me find the best of best that would fit my car and even went above and beyond to make sure I got everything fixed and secure before I left the parking lot. Because of Aiden’s help I no longer have to worry about walking into an autozone. This experience was one small step for me and a giant leap for girls who know nothing about cars.”

They provided us with a same-day estimate and were able to order the parts and schedule us for repairs very quickly. The week they were making the repairs on the vehicle I received daily texts messages with updates on the progress they were making and if they were still on track for the original estimated completion date. When we picked it up it looked like new again! As an added bonus we were so happy to see they had cleaned it both inside and out! “What’s important to me about an auto parts store is inventory and knowledgeable staff. NAPA in Elburn comes through always on both. Regarding staff, the last time I was there I had my daughter along. She asked about the motorcycle outside which belonged to one of the staff. He asked her if she wanted to see it and took the time to show her his bike. She was so excited. In contrast, when I go to other auto parts stores I get asked if my vehicle is 4wheel drive when picking out wiper blades. My advice would be start here.”

“If I could rate this place 100 stars I would! My rear windshield shattered and I was struggling to find someone to fix it same day. I contacted them and by some Miracle they were able to get me in same day, and went above and beyond to get it replaced. They are reasonably priced, and as a woman I felt that they gave me an honest quote which is hard to come by. Thank You to Jamie and the entire team for getting my windshield replaced and my trunk fixed also! 1000000% recommend!!”
