“Krissy & Alva!!! What a DUO!! Walking into Caliber Collisions in Maryville, you pretty much forget what you are there for once you meet Alva! When I walked in for the 1st time, Alva was concerned about the way I was swinging my grandbabies carseat, until I told her that it was empty. We both had a great laugh after that and started talking about family. Once that conversation hit off, we both realized that we better get to talking about why I was there....haha..... From the in-person visits to the phone calls, Alva felt like family & I love her for that! Now it was time for Alva to turn me over to Krissy! OMG!!! From talking to her for rhe 1st time, in between time and the end, Krissy made sure that I did not miss a beat with the updates in regards to my vehicle. If I missed her call due to being in Court, she would immediately text me. Now who does that? Krissy, that's who!! Krissy made sure that whatever I needed, she was just a phone call or text away. Like I said before, these two ladies are a MAGNIFICENT DUO!!! I didn't get to me to meet who actually made my baby (CX-9) look brand new, but I thank them as well. Awesome job!! “A&B Auto Body is simply the best body shop I have ever dealt with. Honest and very straight forward with the customer and always looking for ways to save the customer money. I just had a tail gate repaired that lost its spring opening device. Called in Wednesday dropped it off on Thursday 8am and it was done by 9am and ended up costing me 1/2 of what I expected due to not needing to replace the entire mechanism. They could have replaced everything taking more labor and more parts but they were respectful and did not elect to do things that were not necessary.”
“Pinto’s Is a great shop. Very nice, easy to deal with. I changed the bags on my Harley and wanted the stock pin stripes back. They did the work quickly had my bike back to me the same day and was very reasonable. I would recommend them for any work needed. Thank you, boys, it looks beautiful.”

“This is a great place to get body work done on your car or truck. I had my 2021 ram truck fixed here after a hail storm. They do really good work. They are friendly and listen to you on what's wrong. They work great with your insurance company also. When they get done fixing your truck it looks brand new.”
“When we first moved to Belleville, we took our car to this place simply because they were within walking distance. I was fairly bristling with hostility, as my hubby was deployed and it was just me and my daughters and MIL, so I made sure to double check EVERYTHING they told me. They were good humored and patient, showed me everything they were going to do or had done and they did a great job for a good price. To my mortification, due to a mixup on where my hubby's paycheck was deposited, the check bounced. They called us personally instead of shuffling us directly to another business, or sending it back to bounce again, and very kindly allowed us to make up the payment again, using a check again, after we got it taken care of. Since then, we have never had a lick of trouble with these people. They have even given us rides home when it was raining, or really hot and they didn't want to see us walking home when we dropped off the vehicle. They remember our old vehicles, and this last time, when I, for once, called ahead and told them what needed to be done, they went ahead and pre ordered the stuff they'd need, because they remembered what they were dealing with and knew what they'd need (brake work). Because they are a small shop, we sometimes have to pay for the part to be ordered and delivered before they can make a repair, and that's completely understandable. Because they sometimes get overwhelmed they can take a little longer than some larger places, but since we know that we can work around it. They are scrupulously honest, kind, and go the extra mile for their customers. If they cannot do a repair, they tell you up front and are willing to recommend some local shops that can. They're our first choice, every time.”
