“I ordered a metal print of a beloved pet I recently lost. This was a very important keepsake for me. I misunderstood the instructions and I believed there was a clear film on the photo I needed to remove. I ended up peeling up and scratching the photo. I took it back immediately to show them what I had done and ask again if there was a film to peel off. They let me know there was no film and offered to reprint the metal photo. Amazing customer service offering to reprint before I even got a chance to ask if they'd be willing to do so. Thank you to the two ladies that helped me. Your kindness and willingness to help fix my mistake meant so much to me.”
