“I read all the negative reviews and was expecting the worst when I picked up my UHaul. I had a very pleasant experience with the owner both when I picked the truck up, and when I dropped it back off. So not sure it some others caught him on a bad day, or the problem wasn’t him. But I’d rent a truck from him again.”
“I used my insurance to request road side assistance and he responded in adequate time. My time frame was 30-60 minutes (weather was 6 degrees) and he made it to me in less than 5 minutes. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!”
“12/18/25 8:00am. The man came within 30 minutes. Chris literrally helped push our trailer to a curb so it couldnt be broke into. We broke down with a trailer load of bikes for kids for Christmas. He understood the importance of this load. We were at a dealership within the hour to get the truck fixed! They weren't price gouging either. From the call to the pickup hese guys were awesome!”

“August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement.
Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed.
I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care.
If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!”
“I just picked up my 2016 Jeep Cherokee thanks to a deer jumping out to greet me 1 early morning. Collinsville Auto Body were amazing and my car looks better than it did when I bought it. Amazing staff that kept me in the loop and so patient with me and my questions as Ive never had to put my vehicle in the shop. Thank you guys also for cleaning it inside and out, it looks amazing!!! “Had MANY things needing replaced on my truck... the 1st time was replacing my AC and was done super fast and must got it back yesterday from a wreck I was in on Monday, Labor Day and had many parts needing replaced and got it back Thursday since they weren't open mon for the holiday they got on it Wed and got it back the next day and was very affordable. The owner and associate are SUPER knowledgeable in their business and explain to you in detail what's wrong and what's needed to fix it and doesn't add on more things needing done at a later time all at once. I'm very happy with Stampers and wish I would've found them years ago!!”
“When we first moved to Belleville, we took our car to this place simply because they were within walking distance. I was fairly bristling with hostility, as my hubby was deployed and it was just me and my daughters and MIL, so I made sure to double check EVERYTHING they told me. They were good humored and patient, showed me everything they were going to do or had done and they did a great job for a good price. To my mortification, due to a mixup on where my hubby's paycheck was deposited, the check bounced. They called us personally instead of shuffling us directly to another business, or sending it back to bounce again, and very kindly allowed us to make up the payment again, using a check again, after we got it taken care of. Since then, we have never had a lick of trouble with these people. They have even given us rides home when it was raining, or really hot and they didn't want to see us walking home when we dropped off the vehicle. They remember our old vehicles, and this last time, when I, for once, called ahead and told them what needed to be done, they went ahead and pre ordered the stuff they'd need, because they remembered what they were dealing with and knew what they'd need (brake work). Because they are a small shop, we sometimes have to pay for the part to be ordered and delivered before they can make a repair, and that's completely understandable. Because they sometimes get overwhelmed they can take a little longer than some larger places, but since we know that we can work around it. They are scrupulously honest, kind, and go the extra mile for their customers. If they cannot do a repair, they tell you up front and are willing to recommend some local shops that can. They're our first choice, every time.”
“Sorry for the late review, I could not rate adr higher they met every expectation an more... I had a fender, air intake hose, fixed and they went out of their way peeling back the wrecked side of my driver door ( so it wasn't sticking out, could of possibly caused someone to accidentally get hurt walking by?) but they went beyond out of their way an fixed my bumper to the point it looks brand new?, (which I was going to wire up or even duct tape if I needed to??♀️??)... ADR are amazing I've gone to them with several cars an have to say Chris & Jake are your guys if you need ANY kind or repairs or body work done ?!!!”

My old car was parked out front of our house and decided it didn't want to start up in 7 degree weather with a snowstorm on its way. ? Our street is on the plow route and when I asked these guys if they'd have time to come help me get it moved into our driveway they said of course and tried to not even charge me anything to scoot it in and get it out of the way of the street crews!
Greatful for their willingness to serve their community, set up our street crews for success before a big storm, and especially for saving me from freezing my fingers off trying to get the thing started up! ?❤️”

“Fix the dumb mobile app that wouldn't find the location. Had to go call after 30 min of trying just to have to use browser to set up my stuff. Guy at the mini max was super nice and called ahead to let me know where the truck was and it was easy to get to. The truck worked great.”

I called him on Friday night to come get my abandoned truck that was on shoulder of I55, the guy gave me the best affordable price and showed on site in 30 minutes. He didn’t charge me for 7 days of storage for my truck and when my driver got there batteries were dead but he came and jump start the truck for free. Definitely call Patterson Towing if you are in the area!”

“O’Fallon Shiloh Towing has been amazing. I’ve used them a few times but last night they absolutely came to my rescue.
I was sitting on the side of interstate for 3 hours late at night waiting for a different tow company that was through my insurance. I was informed it would be another two hours before they showed up. I ended up canceling them when I called OFallon Shiloh Towing and they took my call. The driver called soon after to let me know he was on his way, and within maybe 20/30 minutes the tow truck driver came, loaded my car and gave me ride home. He was nice, friendly, quick and efficient. I am so thankful for this tow company.”
