“Today I walked into the bank and was greeted by Melvin and had an appointment with Jamileh Saleh and was very much satisfied with her assistance and patience with me and also opened up an account. I want to say I haven’t felt this welcomed in a while I would refer this place of business for banking to anyone and Jamileh Saleh is a 10/10 for service. Thank you again and will be returning soon.”
“I just want to say I really appreciate fifth third bank in Matteson your customer service is Awesome!!!!from day 1 so professional Jeanette and staff thanks again.”
“The staff is always helpful and friendly! Love the convenience of the ATM’s in the lobby that are able to accept deposits or you can pick the denomination of bills if you make a withdrawal. Super helpful if there’s a long line at the counter or drive thru.”
