“I was very disappointed to find out the person I spoke to on the phone did my order wrong. This customer service person did not add the line correctly and it was not the correct amount. When I went to the store to return the I’m card I received and setup new phone line the representative got this issue resolved in less time it took over the phone call that was one hour long. We got a refund on the error made and the SIM cards for our devices. He hooked it for us. I’m so happy!”

As a business, I cannot be without internet service. I think we've only had two interruptions in 20+ years of service, and they we're over immediately to resolve the issues. “I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”
“The best customer service center in the area. Happy to resolve the billing issues for us. However, parking for elderly customers that can't walk very far is a problem. It appears to be poorly designed by the development company. And did not appear to have any handicap parking at the front of the building.”

I had a string of questions regarding a new phone that he answered. I was very pleased with the service at this location.
