“Amazing atmosphere all around the board!!! Helpful and friendly staff, spacious and clean, multiple spaces for either loud and boisterous hanging out or private conversations, indoor and outdoor smoking areas and they provide things like cups, glasses and ice not to mention light refreshments. When I smoke, Casa is the first option that comes to mind!!”
“Yezan was super cool and met all my needs, recommended the perfect vape for my price range and an amazing tasting juice. Totally awesome for someone new to pod systems. Thank you Yezan! Great spot and great pricing.”

“Certainly! Here's a positive Google review for a smoke shop:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a fantastic experience at this smoke shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making my visit enjoyable. They have an extensive selection of products to choose from, and I was impressed by their quality and variety. The prices were fair, and I found everything I was looking for. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Overall, a top-notch smoke shop with excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for my smoking needs.”
“I really recommend this cigar shop, Vic is always welcoming and willing to help with any question you might have about cigars. I go to numerous cigar stores/lounges, but if I want something exclusive I come here. Great customer service and cigar selection is the best!”
“These wildwood thca pens are very, very good. Also turn pens Difficult to come across a product that someone cares about when they sell it. Taste 10 out of ten, high is 10 out of 10, I can function, I can work. I can play and pray stress free now until maybe I dont need to be medicated anymore, thanks guys.
So far I only stay away from muha med 1g paradise punch and 3.5 venom og
Muha med products hit or miss mostly miss from other vendors ive been too as well
If you have a turn disposable cell that gives out half way, the top is easily removable, AND the distillate that gets stuck in the airflow section when heated will drip right into a working device”
“I just want to say I had the pleasure of stopping by Mr Dee’s Discount Tobacco shop and I was incredibly amazed with the large variety of product they had in stock. Anything you can think of and at a fair price! I’m from up north Chicago and from now on whenever I get the opportunity to stop by here again, I would totally take the time to do so. I myself bought some goodies + incense sticks (white sage). They did have anything you can think of so check them out!
Mr. Dee himself was very friendly (good customer service) and happy to interact with his customers which most seemed to be returning ones. Therefore it’s safe to say he gained one today too! Thank you for making my Friday a good day.”

“This establishment is truly a hidden gem in Westmont. I initially intended to spend only $20, but I was so impressed with the selection that I ended up exceeding my budget and was thoroughly satisfied with all my acquisitions. Rocky's has now become my preferred destination.pping over a bill and was completely satisfied with my purchases. Rockys has become my go to spot.”
“Best smoke shop in Humboldt Park by far it's been a long time since we had a shop that we can have friendly business owners in our neighborhood..
For those looking for great deals in one stop shopping with friendly service. This is the place to go..”
“Jay is the guy to go to. He's highly knowledgeable of all the products in the store. ? % and actually takes the time with each customer to make sure they get what they need and leave satisfied. He's got awesome prices and deals on everything in the shop. Ive been coming here for years and Jay is now like family. Highly respected in the neighborhood.”
“Was looking for a new water bong to replace my broken one, but I was on a budget. I called and the owner (I assume) answered and told me he would work with me and he’d call the store employee to let him know.
I showed up expecting to be offered a cheap small bong for my budget, but was offered very nice bongs with a 60% off coupon.
Will definitely be back to shop more.”
“Good deals on Box of blunts and vapes if you pay with cash chill store good people also just hoping they can see this message maybe change the Sunday hours since y'all open at 12ish was waiting for the store to open but they do have a sister location call OG SMOKE SHOP on Harlem same deals still good people still got my box of blunts”
“This used to be my favorite spot when I lived in the area, with highly professional staff who were respectful and gave stellar recommendations, matched the quality of the cigars with the tone of their service, and huge selection. The last 2 times the staff was holding conversations with people using unprofessional foul language and joking around with off-color remarks. It’s one thing if guests are like this, but where’s the professional, respectful, engaging staff that used to run this place years ago? I’ll still give 4 stats for selection, quality, space, chairs, TV’s etc. But seriously, bring back the guys who used to be professionals who could run circles around other cigar lounges.”
“First time staying to have a cigar with ny nephew. Tim makes you feel at home. Very nice selection of cigars, great atmosphere. Tvs for the games in lounge area no doubt will be back.”
“AFTER A LONG TIME VISITING THE ROOTS SMOKE SHOP A LOT OF STUFF HAS CHANGED. THANK YOU TO SHERY AND ZEE FOR THE TREMENDOUS SERVICE AND THE DISCOUNTS WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STOP BY AND STOCK UP ON YOUR SUPPLIES.”
“Great customer service , Sabe behind the counter was very helpful also they got good deals on geekbars, stop by!! And these strawberry coladas super hard to find they have plenty”
“Classic vape shop. I was there on 12/22/24 early AM. Very clean and well organized.
The employee/owner didn’t try to upsell and was able to get exactly what I described at a very good price- at about a 20% discount compared to nearby competitors. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at a vape shop.
The employee also provided some really helpful
Info about alternative gummies and the one I had a sample was amazing. I would definitely purchase a package if edibles were my preference.
Hope the best for this place.”
“Ive been comin here for years. They've always got what Im lookin for at a good price + something cool to get as smoke technology advances twice as fast as medicine.
Syed knew the place like the back of his hand I've been in/out fast everytime”

“Great experience! The young gentlemen was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions with a smile and without making me feel rushed. Also left with a free product to try out! Another great bonus - prices are GREAT.”

“Haven’t been the lucky smoke shop in a bit, but as soon as I came in, I got greeted immediately by Jake. There’s a bigger selection since the last time I was here, but he was able to explain everything pretty thoroughly. Love this shop and will keep coming back.”
“Great prices and very friendly staff. Conveniently located near the Jefferson Park train/bus terminal. Free and paid parking available, although peak hours parking can be tough. Lots of other shops and fast food located in the same strip mall.”
“My favorite place to shop for all of our smoke shops. And the best representative for this business. To help you out with all goods and services his name is Asim. Nicest friendliest person that has worked with us for many many years. Thank your for always helping us and having everything done and always organized and always on time. “I have been coming to this smoke and snack shop since my family introduced this place to me, and The Cook County Plug stay providing, stay looking out for those that come into his store, and always has the biggest, brightest smile and the brightest energy!
Maywood One Stop Shop is paradise and he STAY with smoke products and the snacks, plus IT'S AFFORDABLE!! I stay tryna budget and he ALWAYS make sure I get a bang for my buck, and he takes absolute care of his regulars!
He wants to make sure you're completely happy and satisfied leaving his place, and he never disappoints, hence the 5 ⭐ rating he has, which he and his establishment is very deserving of.
Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for Blessing Maywood with your presence. Much love. ???”
