“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. They have a rewards system you can get money off and u get $10 for your bday - I don't shop anywhere else unless I absolutely have to cuz they are out of stock (not often). Huge selection of vape and smoke products.”

“Every time I go here, they are always friendly and helpful. The clerk asks questions hoping to give you the best selection. They have a good stock of tobacco, pipes, bowls, vapes and other accessories. Tobacco, nicotine, cbd, the deltas, edibles. This is a great place. The only downside is that it's in crook county.”

Not really a newbie but he still was able to tell me things I didn’t know about the industry.
The place was amazing, I bought a padron 1964 anniversary and a lot else lol but it was the best cigar I ever smoked by far. I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in Chicago.”

“Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a nice size selection of cigars. The seating is also very comfortable. Overall, it's a nice lounge.
The only downside was that their ventilation system was off in the room we were in and someone also turned off the fan so it got pretty stuffy.”
