“I actually didn't go, as I honestly had to coast into town, out of gas. There was another station on the main road, so I went there. I have a feeling that the Minier Gas Station may have been friendlier, and possibly less expensive. I would have gone there, as that's what navigation was set to. To repeat, I was coasting, with the engine turned off, out of gas, and ended up at another gas station, that I saw first. Gas has gotten really outof hand, price-wise, lately.”

“I stopped by for a couple snacks and liquor, but the employee at the counter saw me looking at some and kindly let me know I was too early for sale of alcohol in the county, but then informed me of near by places where they’ve already started selling alcohol. The employee was very very nice. Her kindness reminded me of a time when i was younger lol.”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
