“I shopped at the Melrose Park Target this Sunday morning and went through self‑checkout. Some of my items weren’t scanning, and I had to ask the associate, Karen, for help multiple times. She was incredibly patient, kind, and always had a big smile on her face. She never made me feel like I was bothering her she just came over with her scanner and fixed everything quickly. Great customer service. Karen in self‑checkout by the pharmacy deserves to be acknowledged.”
“Was at a third party T-Mobile store they messed up big time adding another WiFi line without my authorization! I came to this store and Tito let me know what they did! He was amazing in helping to get this right he was so kind and understanding he even spoke to the person at the other T-Mobile store letting them know what they did wrong … I’m thankful he was able to fix’s everything and stood up for me”

This place has very good professional employee and his name is sai I think and he is very professional and helped me in getting a new phone with the same number and gave discounts on accessories and helped me for getting 2 Samsung big tablets in a discounted price. “I visited this store for first time I can say that the customer service was top notch I was unable to find one item the lady at the register saw me and she helped me out , she was so polite and really very helpful and everything was so nicely organised and clean store they are doing a GREAT JOB….. “Out of all the 7/11 I've been to, I've never had the best experience at 7/11 till now, the staff were amazing, who welcoming, they gave me the best advice with location and products in the store and also new how to start conversations that actually made me respond with a smile, and the care and helpful that young lady Kim, she literally made my shopping at 7/11 feel like home, if I was the manager of this place I would definitely give her a bonus or at least a raise for literally helping me and showing that she loves her job and loves helping customers as she did with me. Thank you guys very much.”
