Moreover, she was very attentive in what I was buying and showed me a bag that was on the counter behind her, that I also ended up buying. All in all, she’s very kind, sweet, and personable. “A young girl name Nicole at the Customer Service was so helpful she deserves credit and acknowledgement. My daughter and I went shopping for a birthday gift for her best friend that loves Legos. My daughter and I found it online for $15.99 but when we went to the store it said $19.99. I told her let's go to the register and see if they can price match us or we're just gonna have to get it online. We went to the register the young lady told me I cannot get that price I have to go through the website. I told her, ok fine let me get the Legos so I can put it back on the shelf. It was the only one on the shelf, so I can order it through the website. Though in order to order on the website or even through the app you have to do a minimum purchase of $35. I decided to go to customer service and ask the same question. Can you price match what it says online from the price here? She looked up on her own phone Aad she said yes we can price match for you. She did it and she also over heard my conversation with my daughter and I said I forgot to get a gift receipt for the other gift the young lady said I can also print out a gift received all I need is the original receipt for the items. She went ahead and did 2 extra steps. She didn't have to and I do appreciate what she did and I wanted to put her out there so people know that she did great customer service and I appreciate that.”
