I called and talked to Geoff, and he was personable, caring, and took his time answering all my questions to make sure that we picked the right chair for my aunt. He even worked with me to find the drop off and pickup times that worked best for our schedule. We had an engaging, long-ranging conversation about the personal experience of pursuing service-based passion projects.
When the rental period arrived, the team was great -- communicative, friendly, easy to talk to. They used the elevator to bring the chair up to our apartment, and then worked with us to makes sure we knew how to operate it.
The chair itself was intuitive to operate, even for an elderly woman, and had really good speed and maneuverability, allowing her to easily navigate around a crowded city street.
We were very pleased with our experience at Midwest Mobility, and will definitely be returning to them when we next need a chair!”

I didn't really know what to expect as I'm fairly inexperienced with this stuff (and by myself) but the staff were friendly and patient with me. They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room.
