She really tried to help me figure out the root cause of the ringing in my ear. She explained there’s no way to test for tinnitus, but she still performed the hearing test and listened to my concerns. She gave me natural ways to help with my tinnitus. I felt seen and heard which meant the world to me. I highly recommend”

“NTS came to our rescue multiple times amid COVID-19 and its many restrictions, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Shelly and Bob. It started with my mother needing a walker on short notice. Her LaGrange Park doctor recommended two brands to us mid-March, and I worried we'd be challenged to find someone who was open and stocked them. Even amid lockdown, Shelly was more than willing to meet us, fit my mother, and get her on her way rather quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find someone in the area. As the weeks went on, my mother's health declined, and I called upon Shelly many times for various medical supplies, and she always came through, even delivering them to my door; that's no small thing when one is sole caretaker for someone with great need. I wound up managing home hospice for my mother, and was so grateful to have NTS in my corner across multiple needs. Shelly either produced a solution herself or recommended a resource for anything I needed, and I will ever be grateful for her service and dedication! “We had our equipment delivered through Advacare while doing in home hospice for my mother. They call you ~30 minutes before they will be at your home to give you a heads up that they would be arriving. My dad and I were at home all day so it was not an issue for us; however, I can see it being difficult for someone who had a caretaker who was not at home all the time. The equipment they brought over was in ok condition. There were some that were quite dusty so always make sure to wipe everything down if possible especially the bed. The hospital bed's remote they gave us was so dirty, I had to clean it and wrap in saran wrap since I did not know where it had been haha. Each delivery is brought in, set up and taken away by one driver. All of our drivers were very friendly, courteous and efficient. We especially got along well with Hector and Mario. I do however agree with a couple of negative reviewers who noted that it is quite cold that they try to get the equipment removed as soon as a hospice patient dies. They called us probably an hour after my mom passed to schedule a time to pick up the equipment. The funeral home wasn't even there at that time. They thankfully let me schedule the pick up for a week after but it would have been nice if they could have given at least a day for the families to grieve before having to think about logistics like equipment pick up.”

“I was the panicked Mom of a 6 year old with her first black eye, on a hunt for a case of instant ice packs. None of the medical supply stores in my area carry them. I called Tetra, they are not a 'store' per-say, more like a distribution center, I called and truly, the woman I dealt with couldn't have been any nicer. I can't imagine they sell one case of their products very often, but did on this day to me without hesitation and in that moment I was really grateful. I don't know much about the medical supply business but from a customer service stand point they get 5 stars from me! Incidentally, I had way more ice packs then I needed but with a six year old they come in handy all the time.”
