“The gym itself if great. Clean, plenty of machines, free weights. The staff is nice.

My only complaint is the customers. I was using a stepper, super setting with the free weights right next to it and someone came and just started using it. Didn’t ask if she can sub in and there were 5 more steppers right next to it.

The next time I went, I was using the workout area and the SAME CUSTOMER, came and took the 15lb dumbbells is was using. There are plenty other free weights, I don’t know why she couldn’t go get another set.

I didn’t want to bother the staff, but figured if I post it here, she might see it. It takes a second to ask if someone is using something and there’s plenty of equipment there. Don’t be rude.”

“I was in town for a few months for work and attend this gym. Coach Christie does an amazing job putting on events and giving members lots of goodie bags! In my short time here I got to compete in 3 different events! The programming here is different than what I was use to - we use percentages rather than RX weight and lots of long wods. There’s a variety of equipment for everyone to use. I am very competitive so I do wish there was a better way to log your scores and results so the whole gym can compete off of one another. Overall, I am very thankful and happy I found this gym while in the area!”

This is one of the last true hardcore body building gyms out there. You don't realize what hardcire is and how much more you can actually push until spending some time training here. Although it’s smaller than avg you have private bathrooms. 24 hour access. The staple equipment that you need for beginners to expert lifters. Not to mention how clean the staff and trainers keep it. The staff there are super cool, friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re just going there to have a good private lift all the way to laughing and training with the community / staff. “I love this place! I prefer Treadfit vs going to the gym. Whether I’m taking the Fit class or Strength, I get a high-yielding workout. Whenever I need to jumpstart my exercise routine, after falling off the wagon, Treadfit is where I start. It was perfect after month of no exercise during the pandemic. The classes motivates me to push myself with the help of a coach (I adore Collette!). In every class, I learn what I’m made of, and I translate that feeling of accomplishment into my everyday life. I recommend buying a package, it’s worth it!”
