“The best post office in the area to use for business mail. I drive from multiple towns over just use their services and keep a PO Box so I can ensure reliable mail service for my business. The staff here are helpful, respectful, good people.”
“This is my review for this particular location, and not for usps as a whole, thats another story. As everyone knows going to the post office can sometimes be unnerving. Ive had to drop off packages at several where I gulped in line because I felt like I was bothering them simply dropping something off, seeing how others were being talked to. Like the employees absolutely did not want to be there. If you know, you know.
This location however is different. Ive never felt like I was bothering anyone here. Most of them are actually very friendly, Patrick in particular always has a smile for everyone. Even the few that aren't particularly friendly are absolutely not unfriendly either, just more down to business but still helpful when asked for it.
All in all, they all seem to know their job and even multitask and work well together. As far as post offices go they seem to have their stuff together and I absolutely recommend it over any others in the area.”

“This Post Office has been ok with me for over 27 years. I must say, I never had any issues with them. I've been visiting this post office 3 to 4 times weekly for over 27 years. I believe If anyone leaves this post office a bad review, its only because the person that's leaving it is having a bad day. And I also believe that ALL regular customers that knows this place like I do, agree. These People at THIS post office has AWAYS been very professional. “The amazing employee who took care of me today is named Kiki (apologies if spelled wrong!) She did an amazing job! It was my first time setting up a P.O. Box and so naturally, I had a lot of questions so it took quite a while before it everything finally got set up. Kiki was very helpful and I couldn’t thank her enough for being very patient with me, considering I was asking a lot of questions haha. Anyway, thank you Kiki for being such a helpful person, I really appreciate it :)”

Today my wife and I had to renew our passports and we needed assistance. Denishia was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the passport process. From the moment I walked in, she greeted customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude—something you don’t often see in government offices where interactions can sometimes feel rushed or unfriendly.
Christy took the time to make sure all of my documents were filled out correctly and that everything was handled with care. She was patient with me and my baby , professional, and truly went the extra mile to give me peace of mind with such an important mailing.

“I went to this post office and was greeted at the door by a man in a Batman costume. He was nice and gave me a half eaten sandwich. Delicious mustardy. I even found free gum on the underside of the counter! How Nice! I even found 13 cents and a Tootsie Role on the floor! Amazing!!!”
“I have visited this location several times and received good customer service. Although the store is very small it has always been organized. There is not plenty of parking so you might have to park a few spots away. However, there is handicap accessible parking for those who need it. The limited parking is probably the only thing I don't like about this location.”

“I’ve been to this post office a few times and always have good service, however today I receive EXCELLENT service. Markeisha went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations out. She went one by one to add additional postage that I was missing due to the contents of the envelope. She took her time and was so nice”

she was extremely helpful great attitude she went above and beyond to help me with a registered letter to the Department Of Veteran Affairs.
I really appreciated her taking the time to show me what to do and how to do it Great customer service is hard to find these days but I could tell she took a lot of pride and helping the people who came into the Country Club Hills, Illinois post office. Standing Ovation 6 stars.”

“I went to Homewood with a 2pm appointment Monday for a Passport, and it was a mess. Rescheduled for the next day at Hazel Crest.These 2 ladies, Andrea was one, I didn’t catch the other, but both were very pleasant, very kind, helpful, and just all around made the whole experience amazing and efficient. I was in, had a pic taken, paid and out in 15 minutes or less.Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Thank you !!”

“My family and I had a passport appointment. However, when we arrived there were no passport forms available according to a USPS representative because they are waiting to receive updated passport forms. That created an inconvenience. We went to Office Depot to print the passport form. We were so glad that it was right down the street. When we returned to USPS post office there was a long line so we missed our appointment. However, a USPS representative assisted us and were were able to complete the passport process. We received good customer service despite the issue with the forms.”

“I requested passport service and the young man, clerk 62 was very helpful. He provided step by step instructions on completing form, what was needed, cost, and they could take photos. I was very impressed with care he provided.
I took a train downtown to a passport service business and didn't get the attention or care that clerk 62 provided. Secondly cost downtown was about $600, cost at post office was $160

Never a problem. There is a post office not too far from this location that needs improvement but no issues with this location at all.”
“This has to be the most no nonsense post office in the area. You bring your packages, they take your packages, you then leave! Couldnt ask for better service. In and out always even if its busy! Try that at bridgeview. A stop at bridgeview usually takes 15-30 minutes in line then an attitude on top of that from the woman that her name starts with V. Thank you worth for easy and pleasant transactions!”
“I have been coming here for the last 10 years that I lived in this area and never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today after looking at the hours and then seeing these bad reviews, so I had to leave this now. I was in there alone, I stood aside because I had to fill in some information that the attendant was so nice to show me for sending certified mail. Mind you there were 30 minutes left til close. And then SIX people walk in, and she kicks in to high gear all the while maintaining her pleasantness. When she sees I was done she lets me come back up and finish my transaction. Her name was LEASES (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was so pleasant and so speedy (the lady behind me also complimented her), and a perfect employee to have had instructed me WHILE attending to six other people (which of course always happens right before close). Polite to everyone while I filled my paperwork, and remained polite to me with all my questions. Thank you!”

“I actually drove past two other post offices to come here. It's fifteen minutes from my house, while the other two are less than five. I did this because those offices had extremely low ratings, even if you account for a skewed ratio (generally, unhappy customers rate businesses far more often than happy customers).
I was not disappointed. All I found here was friendliness and efficiency. Darlene was an absolute gem. I honestly did not have the energy to deal with someone grumpy today, and while I don't begrudge anyone having a bad day, I just wanted to see a friendly face, especially since I had an unusual mail request.
