“We have used VIP Transportation two years in a row now for our holiday party. We have had 20-25 people each year and they have done an excellent job in all areas. Communication from the phone call all the way up to the event was always on point. The drivers are always overly accommodating. The size of the party bus is perfect for our group. This year was especially challenging with the record snow fall we had. Ron (the driver) was great! We will continue to use them for future events.”

“Flight arrived at 12:30 am. Rental car was closed which was expected. Walked over from hotel at 7:45 am since the app shows you open at 8 am. Was told they don’t open until 9 am. However , within 5 minutes the black female helped me out. Great experience with her. Please change the app to 9 am though to avoid further confusion for others.”
