“Took my rabbit here for the first time today and my expectations were exceeded. Tofu received the most thorough inspection any of my animals have ever received, making me feel like the doctor truly cared. I was reassured that we're doing everything right & I was taught new things. The price was far beyond reasonable. Techs are knowledgeable, kind and so loving to the animals that walk through their doors. You can also tell the doctor really really loves your animal. I immediately knew she was someone who likes rabbits because of how she was acting; your bunny is in good hands. I left her with the receptionists while I went in the market next door and I came back in to them loving on her and her being completely calmed down and relaxed for the car ride home. Actually, she was calm with everyone there. That's how you know your bun feels safe. Well worth the 2hr 10 min roundtrip day. Of course I hope to not see them until her annual exam and vaccine next year, but if I needed help in the meantime, I wouldn't hesitate to call them or go in.”

“I got Charlie and I in and out of the door within About 20 minutes. Not only was it quick, but They’re very easy to work with and extremely affordable. I paid under $80 for shots to be updated, heartworm, test, and treatment for my dogs swollen eye. I took my other dog to the vet on North Brady and paid over $300 for him to get his shots And couldn’t afford to do the heartwarming test or anything Additional that they recommended. That time we spent about an hour at the vet. Thank you guys so much for continuing to offer affordable prices and caring for our sweet fur babies.”

“I really like this clinic, however, my only complaint would be, I thought my dogs LEPO was already covered from the initial administration, where the second appointment was just for the second dose. I was not expecting to pay (again) for what should have been covered by previous payment since 2 were required for completion. I will still return for services. I really liked the vet as she was able to help with other questions.”

“I've adopted multiple animals from this shelter who have all been amazing. The staff has always been helpful, even when I took in a cat that I found running around the neighborhood.
Working at a shelter is not an easy job, so I certainly understand they probably have their moments just like everyone else.
I love that they allow animals to stay so long and do their best to get every animal adopted when possible.

“I think it’s pretty unfair that so many of the negative reviews are about not being able to get in or having to wait. An emergency vet can only safely treat a certain number of patients at a time, and just like a human ER, they have to triage based on severity. It is an emergency hospital after all, not simply an overnight veterinary clinic.
My experience here was very positive. My two dogs got into a pretty bad fight and both had bite wounds. I brought in the one with the more concerning injuries because he was shaking, and the staff thoroughly checked all of his wounds, cleaned and treated them, and reassured me that there were no signs of internal bleeding or deeper injuries. They also gave me advice on how to care for my other dog at home since his injuries were much less severe and I wasn’t able to bring both of them in.
I left with the medication we needed, clear instructions, and most importantly, peace of mind. The price was also very reasonable. I recently moved here from Chicago, and I honestly would have expected a visit like this to cost double, if not triple, what I paid.
The staff genuinely seemed to care about the animals they were treating. Working overnight in emergency veterinary medicine is not easy, and I really appreciate the people who dedicate their nights to making sure our pets can get care when something goes wrong. I’m very grateful for how they treated my dog and for the help they gave me.”
