“Dr. Naske went above and beyond for our cat, who had a horrible reaction to her visit from another veterinarian office. Friday at 5:10, we called on referral since our own vet would not stay to see her. Although they were closing within 20 minutes, the doctor offered to stay until we could get there, she felt the panic we were suffering. After we arrived , she examined and identified the most likely problem and treated her immediately. We are not regular patients and she certainly did not have to wait for us, but I believe her compassion for our cat and her problem was far greater than whatever she may have had planned for herself. The entire staff was very welcoming and I’m quite certain they were looking forward to ending their workday, but all greeted us warmly upon arrival. We left feeling grateful and would highly recommend the Rock Island animal Hospital.”
