“My cat has extreme anxiety about going to the vet. We’ve tried multiple vets in the QC and Dr. Lisa is by far the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and will talk you through each part of the process. She lets you know the cost of something before doing it and is honest about whether certain things are necessary or not. She is easy to contact when you need advice or have a quick question. She is exceedingly patient with my cat even though he is difficult to handle. I couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Our cat fell 8ft from banister to steps below. Back left leg completely unresponsive. Rushed her to Bettendorf. Luckily they were not busy that night at midnight. Got right in. Staff was very professional and compassionate with us. Very patient with all our questions. Was not able to diagnose exactly what her injury was but was able to rule out that it was not broken bones or spinal injury. Was prompt in forwarding the x-rays to us and our vet immediately after our visit. She is making a slow recovery but we anticipate a full recovery. Would highly recommend this care center for your pet.”
