“A.K.A. Artie's Auto Repair. This place is amazing! Always above and beyond. Skilled and honest. Always friendly and professional. Excellent ballance of quality and price. I have used this shop in the past because they had good reviews and are close to my work. Recently, I was driving to work when I felt one of my break lines pop. The timing was awful as I was set to start driving to Boston right after work for my daughter's wedding. Not only did they take me right away, but they were able to replace both break lines before my shift ended. I can only imagine how disruptive it was to their schedule. They could have charged me triple what they actually did and I would have happily paid. It would still have been cheaper than two plane tickets and a rental car with less than 24 hours notice. If you need automotive service, I strongly encourage you to give them a call.”

“Simotes Auto Service provided me the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic and I recommend them to anyone who has any type of automotive needs. With their honesty and going above and beyond to help I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to shop for a vehicle with them either. Leaving a friends I noticed a severe rattling and found it to be a heat shield hanging loose. I was over an hour from home and Simotes was closing in 45 minutes. I called and explained my problem, they told me to come right over and they’ll help me out. They drove my car in immediately, secured both my front and back heat shields, and even replaced a brake bulb I didn’t even know was out. The best part of it all they had me done in less than 30 minutes and did it ALL for FREE! So a big thank you to Dave the tech who was able to figure out a quick and reliable solution to my problem and a shout out to Brandon for his assistance as well!”

“I had a pre-purchase inspection done. Booked a full 2hr one, they cut it in half because the car I was looking at was so bad. Only charged me for half because they didn't need the extra time. That's just honesty and integrity right there. Highly recommend this business.”
