“An extraordinary helpful associate named Laura went above and beyond. I arrived way ahead of my curbside delivery notice after driving a considerable distance. Instead of perhaps telling me to wait until my notice arrived she took about ten minutes to help get my order secured ahead of schedule. I really appreciated her efforts!”
“What a great place!!! The older staff is always amazing, while with the younger staff you can have a mix of both attitudes. We got from her all our drills and garden machinery and even saved hundreds of dollars due to offers they had. Even when our 4 arborvitae trees died after a few months of taking care for them, we showed the staff a picture of their state and the staff refunded us straight away. That is good customer care. The place, just like all the others are very well organised and you find just about everything, even cheaper than on Amazon. I guess sometimes is well worth getting out of the house.”

“I have been to many Home Depots and this was the only place that ppl actually asked me if I needed help 5x before I got to where I needed to be. Every other Home Depot the staff avoid Eye contact, stand around talking in groups and act like you're bothering them when you do ask for help. Keep up the Great Work Guys! “I would like to thank Serena at store # 1957 for her kindness and help. I was complaining to my husband as we walked around the store and needing help and the only help we got from a guy sitting down with no customers is a finger point, then when I returned with more questions he just remained seated and pointed to another place for me to look, I just feel he should have gotten up and showed me. Once I got to the garden area there was a super helpful employee named Serena who whent above and beyond what was asked. We payed for mulch and was told to pick up outside and just drive up and load into car, well we discovered they did not have our mulch outside so parked and went back in with a cart to load up our bags from inside the store instead and she offered to go get it for us. Super helpful and kind. These kind of employees need to be recognized and compensated.”

“After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Thanks Jose amazing delivery job while the other 2 Best Buy attempts left house a mess”

“We had some issues with an online order recently (wrong items sent etc) and weren't getting much help from the online customer service representatives that we called at first. Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Manager Liz called and took care of both issues very quickly and was patient and personable the entire time. she also provided some tips and recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely try and do all my purchases in store from now on. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated her friendly help during this busy holiday season!”

“This location actually has baby monitors in stock and a lot of Best Buy locations don't have them so you can't look at them in person before ordering. Also they have a selection of analog phones which not everyone keeps in stock either. There are just some things that are better if you can see them and touch and look at up close.”
