“After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Thanks Jose amazing delivery job while the other 2 Best Buy attempts left house a mess”

“We had some issues with an online order recently (wrong items sent etc) and weren't getting much help from the online customer service representatives that we called at first. Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Manager Liz called and took care of both issues very quickly and was patient and personable the entire time. she also provided some tips and recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely try and do all my purchases in store from now on. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated her friendly help during this busy holiday season!”
“I like this location because it’s usually really clean and they give some good discounts from time to time. Every once in a while I’ll see someone with their dog in there and it makes my day, that’s just me. The power tools are fairly priced as well and my lawn mower I got last year from here still works great!”

“The customer service at this location is hands down one of the best. While I've typically always had good or decent interactions with these associates-I feel Ashley went above and beyond. I had called in to check and see if a certain artificial xmas tree was in stock or a restock was happening anytime soon. It was not in stock and she didn't know when or if it would be restocked. She offered to see if anything was available in the surrounding area and found a HD in Glendale Heights that had a few. That was the end of our conversation. A few hours later, I get a phone call from her stating a customer just returned the exact tree I was looking for and if I was still interested in that tree. She literally looked and the phone log for that day and found my number. How she remembered what tree I was looking for or found my number is amazing. I should have played the lottery that day. The tree is up and looks amazing. Thank you for being so pleasant to talk to and taking the time to reach back out!”

“Nice quality Best Buy. Good selection of products and always has what I need in a pinch. I've bought everything from phone chargers, printer ink, ipads, laptops, etc from this store, and it has not disappointed. Yes, you will find better deals online for the little things ($5 HDMI cable on Amazon -> $25+ at Best Buy for the same quality), but that's the nature of the thing. Online will almost always have better deals from off-brands that brick and mortar won't sell.
Definitely worth going here for your tech needs.”
