There were a few connection issues when processing my payment so Latoya had to run the payment a few times but she was very personable and worked quickly to remedy the issue. Jeff and her both ensured my trailer was secured properly before leaving and answered any questions I had. They also ensured I knew the return time and had the information should have any problems or questions. Very good team and well run location. Super organized as well. I will be back in the future for sure!”

Experienced, qualified mechanics have not disappointed in well over 100 visits. They diagnose the problem, communicate the problem and offer you options to repair.
The estimated costs and estimated time for completing repairs are accurate.
The truck rental department has quality equipment at reasonable prices. We are a seasonal business and we rely on Coffman rentals in our peak season.
The sales team has helped us liquidate our aged equipment. All i had to do was get the equipment to their lot. Then the Coffman team arranged a detail and decal removal. Necessary mechanical repairs to prep for sale were completed. Then Coffman marketing gets your listing immediate views. This is not a free service. Deduct the expense out of the final sale price. This is a great service.

“I wasn't expecting to keep the unit for as long as I did, however I liked the fact that I could without the hassle of signing a new lease each year. I asked a lot of questions before renting to make sure I would be happy there and I'm so glad I did. Brian was always helpful from start to finish and anytime I had questions. He even helped me with a mice issue (which I expected to happen and I recommend placing traps in any storage unit before winter months) and he was honest and accommodating. He offered to help me remove them and supplied future prevention. I do think there should be restrooms in the office for staff and customers during office hours. I also think that there should be a dumpster on site (with monitoring and rules). I would definitely rent from this location again. It was very convenient and a great experience for me. Highly recommend!”
“I rented a truck from home depot in Naperville and got there at 805 with my reservation and by 905 still didn't have my truck. Kept getting different quotes than my online order n the people at home depot except the store manager shamika and Mariana at penske were able to help. MARIANA went out of her way to help resolve my issue after I called to cancel. Home depot kept making excuses for the long delay at Penkse but other customers were complaining about home depot customer service while I was there. If not for Mariana I would have given my experience a 1 star. Thank you for helping with my move.”

“Do not call uhaul I rented a truck a week I'm advance 24 hours before I leave. They call and tell me I have to go to Indiana and get truck. 4hours one way. And then change my account 50.00 for cancelling. Penske is the best.”
“?EDIT. So I've since talked to the on-site staff, and he was very helpful. However... the general customer service call center (the ones that your phone calls go to when the actual site staff aren't available) were unprofessional and RUDE!!!!and they will apparently just try and argue with you instead of actually helping or finding out who can help. Especially Carlos. He wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. He asked me why I wanted the supervisor, and then hung up on me. He was horrible. He left my mother in tears after that call. I've since talked to the supervisor. She was professional, but she needed better employees.I'm just happy that the on-site staff at both the pick-up and the drop-off locations were very nice.”
