“not so great at online orders. never get an e-mail or text when ready. I call after the estimated time and after a few minutes... "oh yeah it's ready".”
“I needed help cleaning my battery terminals. With with no hesitation, a nice worker came to help me. He disconnected them and cleaned them really well. He was very nice and understanding. It was really appreciated. Having customer service without a person buying anything really says alot about the people O'Reillys chooses to represent their company. Thank you again.”
“Very helpful testing our van battery, recommended we go back to Napa parts store to see if we had a warranty on it first before we buy a replacement! Not only was the Napa parts store unable to confirm our purchase without us providing a (2 year old) receipt, they didn’t even have the replacement in stock. We wound up back here at Batteries Unlimited and bought a new one, which was in stock. Good service, good advice, many new and used options.”
“I was here today and the young gentleman was very helpful and attentive. He really was looking for the best option that would benefit me the most. Thank you for your help you rock!”
“Had to drive out from another store to get the part needed from this store. First team member wasn't sure and almost had to leave without the part. Ran into Jose as I was leaving who did everything he could resulting in getting me the right part fast. I appreciate this type of customer service while juggling multiple other customers”
“Great place for parts my number 1 guy to go to Adan always takes time to make sure one way or the other we find the parts I need .
owning a fleet is not an easy task but having the right people to help you find parts makes a big difference always thinking outside the box to keep me moving. Over all hands down great service.”
“Very good and friendly staff like Alan the assistant manager and Jose they have been very helpful for and to me one of the best O'Reilly's we have in illinois keep up the great work”
