“I have been going here for over a year and I love it. The best gym I have ever been to. It has a great atmosphere, every piece of equipment you could want, and everyone is super helpful. I passed this place for years thinking it was only for powerlifters, but it’s for everyone. There are teens training for the upcoming season, older folks keeping in shape, middle aged dads with beer guts , CrossFit folks hitting tires, as well as (of course) power lifters and body builders. All the members are always helpful to each other and people are always polite. The owners really care about the place and they are always reupholstering benches, cleaning everything , and acquiring new stuff. The place is just great.”

“I have been coming here since end of March. I really lacked accountability when it comes to working out so I thought this would be a good fit. I was super nervous as this was out of my realm completely but it has been such a good experience. The owner and coaches are so nice and helpful and all the clients are friendly and also helpful. Some things are still hard but they do modify exercises within your abilities. There are people from all different walks of life that come here and it's so enspiring to see. I joined as a way to help my mental health as well as physical health and I am happy to say that this has been a great addition to my routine.”

“I really enjoyed my first class with Spenga! I booked a class via ClassPass and was instructed to arrive 30 mins early due to it being my first time. Once I arrived they had a nice little sign sitting outside that had the writing "Welcome Jade" on a whiteboard. That was the first time a company has personally welcomed me in that manner, I was pleasantly surprised. Once I entered the facility one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was and how good it smelt! The front desk lady welcomed me with a smile and gave me a tour of the facility. They have self-locking personal lockers, a bathroom with 2 showers (for the ladies, I'm assuming the men's bathroom is the same), they also provide earplugs, gum, and hair ties at the front desk. The studio itself is very impressive. It's split into 3 sections- cycling, strength, and yoga. Depending on the class you take will determine how much time you spend in a certain area. They have ride classes which is solely for cycling, Ride/Rep classes which is a mixture of cycling and strength, revive classes which is solely focused on yoga, and finally the traditional Spenga class which is the class I took and this class incorporates all 3 (Cycle, Strength, and Yoga). The Spenga class is a 60 minute class that is divided into 3 intervals of 20 mins. You get 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes doing strength training, and 20 minutes of Yoga. I found the class to be that perfect balance of challenging yet doable. Definitely expect to break a sweat! My instructor Lindy was great, full of energy, and motivating throughout the whole class! I sincerely enjoyed my experience here and can't wait to book another class!!”

“I love the place and atmosphere at resurgence, i have never went to gym before this, i have tried Pilates but im into yoga since 8 years. My trainers at gym Julia and Denisse are wonderful people, they understand me and the best is never push me out of my limit but in such short time they have understood my body and they motivate me and encourage me to take one step at a time. I didn’t know that i will be able to lift weights but i’m and thats a new thing i have learned about myself. My love my batch all the ladies are wonderful and they all try to guide me as im new to the place and workout. The best part is everytime i go to class, im doing something new, and the machines that im using are amazing the target my trainers give me i like that as it motivates me to set things the same way in life. She knows her stuff!!! She truly loves what she does and isn't just some "health coach" or "trainer" you see pushing for likes on tiktok. I have been in rehabilitation from a very traumatic car accident for almost 2 years and had to have reconstructive surgery on my spine. She literally puts in more effort than my physical therapists! “I have been training in this place for almost a year and it is incredible, there are good machines and it is open all year round, I have no complaints about the place, just a suggestion, they should put one or two signs inviting users not to use their cell phone when they are using the equipment, yesterday a person spent more than 25 minutes sitting in the leg extension looking at his cell phone and it doesn't seem fair to the rest of the users, I had to modify my leg routine because of this person.”

“I was looking for a gym where I felt confident, while still in a group setting. I was always intimidated by the thought of crossfit, like I could never do something so intense! But let me tell you, the classes, the coaches, the members are amazing! I have never felt so comfortable (while still going outside my comfort zone for workouts) anywhere.
