“Our go to hardware store! The staff at the Yorkville Menards are so kind and helpful! It’s always our first stop when working on a project. And of course we love the rebates! “I bought 2 mattresses for a very good price. Very, very, good and low price. I was even able to give the sales person a good tip for being so helpful. He also stayed open past the closing time just for me to purchase my items. The mattresses were perfectly comfortable and still are a year later. The sales person was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and also very professional. People, if you want good items for a very low price, now that the economy is down bc of COVID, this is the place to go. I would recommend this to everyone. With the money I saved, I intend on purchasing a mattress for the in-laws of a friend. Or for my sister, who was the person that recommended Congo Outlet to me. I forgot the sales person name, but I will not forget his kindness and how easy he made the experience. Oooh, he also helped my wife place the items in the vehicle. “We ordered 2 lights for the outside of our home. We wanted them delivered. Prior to delivery, Donovan- the new dept manager of pick up order- reached out and told us the display was going to be sent and that the screws were of different color and sent a picture- it was nice to know that we were told this before being sent. The item is going to be discontinued so it was all that was left. We just appreciated the customer service and honesty. Thank you, Donovan!”

“My wife and I came to buy paint for our house because we started a new project together. We decided to choose Home Depot since we had bought paint here before in the past.
When we went to the paint department, Mauricio helped us. He gave us excellent service and very good recommendations. The paint was not enough, so we came back 3 days later, and once again Mauricio helped us. This time it went even better because he recommended a paint that was on sale and helped us save a lot of money.

“I would like to take a moment to recognize Susan Garrett, Department Supervisor in the Window & Door Department at The Home Depot on Randall Road in Geneva, Illinois.
My husband and I came to the store after our garage doors broke, and from the very beginning, Susan was absolutely exceptional. We were genuinely impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and, most importantly, by the way she treated us as people.
Susan spent a great deal of time with us, carefully listening to what we needed and helping us choose the right size, color, and design. She explained everything clearly, including how the different options work and what we should consider. She never made us feel rushed or like we were just another customer. She took the time to make sure we truly understood our choices and felt confident about our decision.
What impressed us most was how knowledgeable and professional she was while still being incredibly warm, friendly, open, and genuinely caring. It is rare to meet someone who is so clearly dedicated to their work and who truly enjoys helping people.
