They’ve consistently delivered top-quality work for my business—handling everything from brochures and business cards to banners with professionalism and care.
Beyond my business needs, they’ve been an incredible resource for our local high school (New Trier), designing and printing large volumes of brochures, posters, banners, and banquet booklets for the Football, Lacrosse, and Field Hockey teams. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with these important projects. Their service, attention to detail, and reliability are unmatched!
But today, they surpassed even my highest expectations. A package we thought was lost was tracked down thanks to their persistence and incredible attention to detail. Mike and Pete were so responsive! They retraced every step—reviewing the labeling process, speaking with the driver, and even checking the in-store camera footage. Their extra effort solved the mystery, and the package was found and delivered right on time.

“I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.”
“I can not say enough great things about this location. The folks here are so kind, courteous and helpful. I went in today with two giant boxes and an Amazon kiosk return. Because of my awful experience at the 47 W Division store I just let the guy know I had an Amazon kiosk return in addition to my counter shipments and he said no problem I’ll take it all here. And he told me to just leave my giant boxes where they were and he took care of them. Seems like a little thing but if you have ever been to the store on Division, you know it is a huge deal. They were reassuring and professional about this important shipment.”

“We stayed at the Hilton the night before our flight, a Friday. We had 2 framed pictures that I thought we could get on the plane. Unfortunately they were too big. Upon the suggestion of the front desk employee, we left them there for the UPS store to ship out on Monday. The store called me Monday to give me an update and ask if how quickly I needed them, I didn't need them fast just needed them to get to me safely as the sentimental value was very high. She called the next day with a price. I was expecting to pay quite a bit more. The pictures arrived 4 days later unharmed and in perfect condition. The packaging was unbelievable. “I'm in my 60s, and this is without a doubt, the best UPS facility I have ever used. This is the second time I've gone there. I no longer live in the area, but when I'm up visiting my family, occasionally I have to ship something back home.
A little over a week ago I took some items that I did not have a box for. They went to the trouble to arrange my items in the most economical fashion possible. They charged me six dollars for the materials they needed, and in my opinion, after receiving my box and seeing how expertly it was packed, and with the degree of care they took, I honestly feel they should've charged me more. Not only for the main box that housed my items, but also for a bubble wrap envelope inside of an additional box they included for some books. I was honestly stunned when I received my box and opened it up.
I had also shipped some items one of the previous times I was in town (that time I had my own box) after trying one or two other UPS places in the area. They all pale in comparison to this location..
I've read some negative reviews on here and I really don't know what these people are talking about.
These guys couldn't be more friendly or accommodating, they excel at what they do, and their pricing is beyond fair and reasonable.
We seem to live in a world where nobody is good at their job anymore, or even seem to care whether they are, or not. Not here. It's a pleasure giving them my business.”

“I've used this location a few times and I've never had any issues with what I've needed. But I felt compelled to write this review after interacting with and observing the employees when I stopped in this morning to send out a package.
It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). He warmly greeted me and then apologized since they had a power outage in the morning so the systems were running a little slow. While we were waiting he noticed the guest behind me and helped direct him on where to place the package he was sending. He also assisted his coworker (not that she needed it, per say, but it helped keep things running smoothly). After that the computer was ready and he scanned my package. He was very efficient and made sure that he was using his time wisely. I also observed the woman helping the other customer while I was waiting, and she was very detail-oriented and professional with him.
While I was leaving, the gentleman gave me a friendly goodbye which felt very genuine, and I left the store actually feeling better and had my day brightened up. Can't say that about many places these days, so big thanks to them for being so great!”
