“I went to store on Dundee Road yesterday to return Dyson vacuum with printed barcode. The kid, told me that that barcode was wrong. I called Dyson and asked the right barcode or return label. They emailed me. And I asked the kid if I can return the vacuum. He said, I have to print it. I was like can you just scan or print. He said NO. I left and went to Glenview Store. Asked the same thing. This time worker offered me to print barcode and label. And finally I was able to return the vacuum. I didn’t have to visit two store to do same thing. I didn’t even asked something that they can not do. Please do not spend people time and effort. Don’t t go to Dundee Store go to any Glenview Store. They are way more helpful and best customer service. Thanks to The Ups Store #2157 !!!”

“Service is good and staffs are very friendly. The reason I'm giving 3 star is I was charged for a box fee ($6.38, which is A LOT for a box) when I was shipping documents with 2nd day air. I confirmed with staff that there should be free boxes for this shipping rate, but mine was too large to fit into those free ones. So I have to pay for a dedicated box. However the document I was shipping was just 300 sheets of letter paper. Later I checked on the internet it totally fits into the "UPS express box small" and should be free! Not sure if there's any miscommunication but I feel being tricked for this..Update: according to the store owner the only free supply in the store is the envelope. You need to order online if you need the box. Which is still a weird policy but I’ll change the rating to 4 stars.”

They asked what notary service we needed and contacted the notary person. They did not offer the real estate notary service we needed but gave me a name and number to call. “I had such a great experience at this place! The location is very convenient, located within the Hilton hotel just steps from the blue line train and terminals. The employee working there was sooo nice, she was very kind, professional and worked really hard to make sure that my documents were printed perfectly. I see that other reviews are complaining about costs, I thought that costs were reasonable considering the location, convenience and quality of service.
