“A few days ago, I desperately looked for a local mechanic/shop to help me do a very simple thing that I attempted do myself. I had to replace both lowbeam bulbs in my car. My hands are kind of arthritic so I was having much difficulty. I drove around the neighborhood and found Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I walked in and asked for help. A gentleman with the shop told me to pull my car in. I'm sure he sensed my desperation and proceeded to switch out the bulbs for me. No charge. I am grateful for the patience and professionalism of the mechanic who helped me. Sadly, I am forgetting his name, but will be returning for future services. Thanks to this Good Samaritan.”

“I've been blessed to have Aviv's services as my mechanic for over nine years. He has guided and helped me through complicated situations. On another note, I want to mention that yesterday I brought my car in for a FEW repairs. I told Aviv that I needed the car in an hour and a half. My car was ready within the hour. While I was there I noticed that his front and back lot were full. But he made it a point to expedite his service for me. “My 2011 Cadillac SRX suddenly quit, the message on the dashboard was “no remote detected “. After one shop told me they could not service my issue and I had to call the dealership, I called McCormick Auto care and was told yes, they can service my car! After getting my car towed and diagnosed, I was told all I needed was new battery! I appreciate the honesty, service and fair price.”
“No one ever is ever looking forward to calling a towing service after their car breaks down ( Anyway, with that comment being said ). It is in No way reflective of the two ( 2 ) recent experiences that I have had with Chicago 24 Hour towing ( one on Nov. 24 / 2025 and the other on Dec. 11 / 2025 ). My tow truck operator ( Robert ) both the times that I had to use their service was great ( I was present at one of the towing's and not at the other one ). He was adroit at solving the parking and towing issues involved in getting my car from where it had broken down to the service center. He was also prompt in his arrival time at the pickup locations, with excellent ( and friendly ) customer service, along with very fair pricing in regards to the towing charges. So if you are ever in need of towing services in the Chicago area. I would highly recommend using Chicago 24 Hour towing at 5332 North Elston Avenue.”

“I can’t say enough great things about BlueSky Tire and Auto Service! I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager, Chris, was especially helpful. I don’t know much about tires or vehicles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. I truly trusted him, and that means a lot.

“Ray's Auto Service went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. I travel for work and I was making my way down to Wisconsin when on the highway my car started reducing speed, I received some electrical error on my dashboard and now my car would not go pass 20 miles per hour. I quickly looked for a mechanic shop and Ray's Auto was 6 minutes away, I called and explained the situation and they said I could bring it in. I was very grateful just for that because it was almost closing time for them. They quickly diagnosed my car and gave me a very reasonable price and on top of that they were willing to stay after to get my car up and running that same night. I had a snack next door at a Cafe and before I knew it my car was ready. It's been running great ever since and I made it to Wisconsin that night with no further issues. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help a traveler get safely to their destination. I recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy and hard working mechanics.”
