Way more friendly than the employees i encountered at niles location.
They also didn’t mind me waiting around in the store for ride to pick me up

“Sochi was incredibly helpful and patient when we requested to change units because the first one was too small. She walked us to each unit and showed us how to use the lock. The facility is very clean and secure- the prices may be slightly higher here but you are paying for the accessibility, climate control, and drive in options. Highly recommend!”

“Above and beyond staff, Shantill was the best, super professional and very helpful. My moving experience was very hectic, but Extra Space Storage made storing my items easy. My ID didn’t validate correctly and I needed to come in before 6pm when the office closes to correct it, but because I was spending so much time packing I almost forgot. When i got there it was 6:02pm so I was freaking out a bit. I had a moving truck full of items and was potentially going to have no where to put it. However the staff was super nice and let me in to quickly verify my ID. I thought since they were closing I’d have to figure everything out myself, but Shantill was a god send and walked me through the WHOLE process! She instructed me on how to enter the door codes, showed me the entrance area for unloading my items + reminded me of the hours, and even walked me to my storage unit, showed me how to use the lock they provided, and provided directions for where all the dolly’s were so I could move in easier. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a storage facility and they definitely did not have to do all of that given that I showed up at office closing hours. The space was clean, secure, and with the dolly/ carts, not that hard to move into. They even have a bathroom if your moving takes a while and you gotta go lol. Although the unit may look small when it’s empty it fits a LOT, as long as you stack the boxes like you’re supposed to. Overall 5/5 experience and super happy with my choice thus far.”
“They go above and beyond for the customers here, not only have I purchased 2 big joe motorized pallet jacks and forklift but I rent from the all the time. Chris Jackson is an amazingly dependable person who always does fair and honest business!!!”

“My vehicle has been in the shop. This was cheaper than a Enterprise car rental. Used it for work and back. Pretty basic stuff. Thank God they had something available nearby, otherwise I'll have to bus it over to a different location. It's convenient, nearby and the rental has been easier every time. Definitely would come back. Honestly if my vehicle is still at the shop, I would have no choice but to. Keep up the good work.”

“I cannot speak higher of this U-Haul Dealer. I reserved a Van, and when I showed up the nice Gentleman in charge helped me right away. It literally took 10 minutes and I was out the door with the van. I came back in 2 hours and he received me with a smile and sent me the receipt for the rental via email.
Overall, the best service and the Van was brand new and very clean. 100 % recommended!”

“The girls that works there are too busy passing out phone numbers to men to pick up dates I suppose but besides that the trucks are okay attitude needs to be worked on more on the business less on personal time should be done on personal time not to get paid and picking up men at the same time in front of customers.”

“Huge location with 2 lots, we spent about 5 minutes in the wrong place before we figured it out. But the staff was super helpful and quick to assist. Our truck was on the other lot and they quickly ran over and grabbed it for us. Super happy with my experience and one of the top uhauls I have been to, we were stuck with our bikes and U-Haul is cheaper than enterprise so we rented a small truck.”

“Rented a trailer. It actually fit all of my belongings. Everything from a 1bdrm payment. I had sold the couch but it would have fit. This trailer saved a lot of money from the gas and mileage of renting a truck. Moving out. I might need two trips but will still save a lot of money!!”

“easy to find, convenient, but was a little confusing and very hard to squeeze between all the cars and the box truck U-Haul's to drop off. We had to maneuvering in and unhook trailer and drive out backwards... But all in all..easy drop off.”
