Cell phones can be quite a challenge to challenge to us more mature people and she's very patient and caring and wants to make sure that she covers everything with you.. “I have been with Aaron's for many many years . Everything I get ,I get from Aarons . I've had a few problems these past couple of year's and they were very helpful. And in the last 3+ months since the transferred managers the Pekin store has messed up my account so bad that I ended up paying late fees that I shouldn't of had to pay . I have asked repeatedly to get transferred to the Knoxville store since I live like 4 blocks from there . I'm told it's up to the regional manager . My question is why is it up to him I'm the customer that pays the account not the regional manager . I only stayed with Pekin for as long as I have is because not once did my account get messed up . But now it's messed up all the time . So if anyone can answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you have a great day .”

The school has a new sound system for the gym that they use for an auditorium.In past Years feedback and reverb were always a problem. The new system, designed by Milam Audio, is outstanding the feedback problem is gone, and even though there was no sound dampening wall treatment added, intelligibility was excellent. Ken Musselman hit another home run with this system. I've been involved with 3 of his systems now and he never disappoints. Another great job!!!”
