My husband spoke to him over the phone about upgrading our iPhones, and Chad took time to find us the best prices, explained details in simple terms, kept us updated on new phone shipments and just had the most pleasant personality, infinite knowledge of phones and plans, and so much patience with us.
We went today to get both of us a new IPhone 17 and Chad did not miss a beat. He ensured our plan was the best and most cost effective. He didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. We bought all of the accessories he recommended. He was training a new employee and waiting on several customers the same time and everyone was amazed at his knowledge, his efficiency, his humor, his smile, and he showed no signs of stress or impatience. Just an all around great experience and we will never go anywhere else for questions or upgrades or anything. We will recommend Chad to our family and friends and we thank you, Chad, for treating us so well and for teaching us so much. “so I signed up with the T-Mobile location in Costco and to be honest they made mistakes and I was made promises that didn't get delivered so I stopped trying to communicate with them because they weren't helpful and I started coming to this store and the staff here is awesome Wyatt and Lucas and Robin all kick ass and I got answers and they took time with me to get everything squared away I'm so thankful for them I was very frustrated after going to the Costco location for T-Mobile and this is definitely the store to come to because they are awesome!”
“I have been with T-Mobile a couple of years now. I have stopped in the East Peoria store with a problem maybe 3 times. Each time I have been treated awesome. Today I stopped because I had a problem with my phone that I couldn’t figure out. Jordan greeted me instantly. He fixed my phone problem. “I needed a screen protector for my Samsung Ultra watch. I called all over Peoria and East Peoria trying to locate one with no such luck. By chance while stopped at a light I saw ATT. I went in told them I wasn't a customer but needed a screen protector. A salesman, Jimmy Salamanca, hooked me right up. What a bargain, $4.50 and I love it. THANKS JIMMY”

“Update they ended up giving us a credit and new equipment. My wife said they did apologize for the misunderstanding. The credit was to offset the replacement cost for equipment. Plus another for all the trips into the store.
Wireless internet issues. Went to one on court street because we had a similar card issue gentleman working there was great the this time on getting it switched out and Even gave us another card because of issue just in case. That's where it ended. Got home plugged everything back in to find out that didn't work was sent back with unit got to store at 430 he was helping another customer at the time when it came to my wife he was fast to push her out the door with I can't help you it's past the 15 days which I was told 15 days was the return on device if we didn't like it. Call center is the one that sent us back there to have unit replaced to only get told no. Called customer service to get told that they have to inspect unit at store and they can in fact replace unit if they call in. Better training I'm thinking and also employee's that aren't worried about closing time that might have taken a few extra minutes. Now we have to drive back a 3rd time to get what should have been done the 1st time. This is long because they waisted my time so figured I would waste so of theirs by having to read all this. Hands down that gentleman needs

I don't remember her name but she helped with our phone and made us feel like choosing t mobile was our best decision. Took about 5 minutes and all was good.
