“It's just another quick stop dollar general in illinois, I would rate higher, but it's a bit discouraging to see a posted sign targeting the youth. The sign stated, "Only two under 18 allowed in at a time". This coming from a "major" retailer is a bit concerning. Is it a lack of funding to implement newer security cameras ? I've been in a wide variety of dollar generals ranging from small towns up to multiple millions of residents. Why is this small town dollar general targeting the younger community?”
“Yesterday I was Kroger in Morton to get balloons filled. There wasn’t anyone in the floral dept. I asked an employee to please page someone to help assist me. Meanwhile the another employee was trying to help out from the deli and wasn’t sure on the pricing or where to find, but was eager to still try and help.Roger, the manager, approached and immediately started getting my balloons ready. He was very nice and helpful. One of My balloons was damaged so he replaced for free and for the wait and trouble he filled all for free! I felt bad to have gotten it all for no cost, but he insisted that I don’t need to worry about it! Everyone is so helpful and friendly every time I go there. What a great staff and management team! Thank you for the great customer service that you provide!”
“Washington Aldi is a favorite stop for me. You can't beat the prices, quality, or customer service. There are certain products I only buy at Aldi, including mini chocolate chips, canned whipped topping, and boneless skinless chciken breasts. This will always be my go to store.”
