“I have purchased Bosch products in the past and they are outstanding! Their products are high-quality and worth the money. Let me tell you a little bit about their customer service. A few months ago, I purchased a Dremel from them at Home Depot. After I brought it home and started to operate it, it fried. I called up Customer Service, & explained the situation. They sent out a brand new one to me immediately. In fact, I received it so quickly it blew my mind. I wanted to send the old product back before I received the new one. I was able to get the old product back to them. I found them to be Highly professional With great listening skills. Haven’t worked in Customer Service in the past, I knew I was dealing with some great people.
I have a great router from Bosch as well as their router bits. These things are high-quality. With companies putting out so many crappy tools that don’t last, Bosch is a breath of fresh air. I have had no trouble with my Dremel that I currently use and it is a godsend for a tool. My hands cramp up very easily when I hand carve. Having this tool keeps my hands happy and my heart content.”

“The employee is excellent! Today, January 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., I missed my way to the Social Security Administration facility when I was near the store. Therefore, I entered the facility to ask for help with finding my road directions because I was nervous about not being at my appointment on time. I was politely assisted by a kind man who worked as the register cashier at the store. His help allowed me to be at my appointment on time. I would like to come to this store for my electronic items in the future. THANKS!”
