“We stayed at the Hilton the night before our flight, a Friday. We had 2 framed pictures that I thought we could get on the plane. Unfortunately they were too big. Upon the suggestion of the front desk employee, we left them there for the UPS store to ship out on Monday. The store called me Monday to give me an update and ask if how quickly I needed them, I didn't need them fast just needed them to get to me safely as the sentimental value was very high. “I'm in my 60s, and this is without a doubt, the best UPS facility I have ever used. This is the second time I've gone there. I no longer live in the area, but when I'm up visiting my family, occasionally I have to ship something back home.
A little over a week ago I took some items that I did not have a box for. They went to the trouble to arrange my items in the most economical fashion possible. They charged me six dollars for the materials they needed, and in my opinion, after receiving my box and seeing how expertly it was packed, and with the degree of care they took, I honestly feel they should've charged me more. Not only for the main box that housed my items, but also for a bubble wrap envelope inside of an additional box they included for some books. I was honestly stunned when I received my box and opened it up.
I had also shipped some items one of the previous times I was in town (that time I had my own box) after trying one or two other UPS places in the area. They all pale in comparison to this location..
I've read some negative reviews on here and I really don't know what these people are talking about.
These guys couldn't be more friendly or accommodating, they excel at what they do, and their pricing is beyond fair and reasonable.
We seem to live in a world where nobody is good at their job anymore, or even seem to care whether they are, or not. Not here. It's a pleasure giving them my business.”
“I recently had a very bad experience shipping some items to florida for my mother. the box had been rummaged through and some items stolen and the young man at this location was very sympathetic and understanding and helpful. He went out of his to resolve the issue and they sent my mom a check for the full value of the items lost even though i didnt get the insurance or anything.
So, it was a bad situation but they helped make it right and I really appreciated it. Thank you so much”
