“It’s been a good experience overall. I needed a very specific pergola size for a project I’m working on and I couldn’t find the right pergola online. A colleague reached out to 84 Lumber and they got all the materials needed exactly to our needs. Octavio, one of the sales reps, even came on site to verify dimensions! He’s been super helpful throughout the whole process.There were a few hick-ups when we went to pick up some material (forgot to load a few things and also provided the wrong footing ties) which is why I went down a star however they resolved them quickly and even offered to delivery them to us so that was great of them.I’m working on a few other projects and have already gotten quotes from 84 Lumber, definitely planning on working with them again.
