“Shout out to Lynn & IBeth at B.P on Midlothian!!!! I use to be an frequent goer of a gas station that shall remain nameless. One particular day i stopped off at this B.P and fell in LOVE with Everything and Everyone! When i walk in the store They seem to be GENUINELY excited to see Me. Lynn is thee BEST she had knowledge on everything B.P has to offer friendly and welcoming IBeth follows up with making sure you found everything you are looking for with a I hope you have a great day, this is jus the tip of the iceberg. Their customer service is unmatched even when met with challenges by other customers they remain friendly and courteous through it all. I could go on and on about these 2 and how they start my mornings off with a bang. B.P just know as long as Lynn and IBeth are at B.P , Y'all have a customer for Life, if i could give them 20 stars i would. Shout out again Lynn and IBeth. “Would not normally review a gas station, but this place is an absolute gem. No matter who's working when I go in, they are consistently polite and on occasion unbelievably hilarious. They're on point with being safe with covid-19, I've never seen any employee without a mask on or any social distancing no-no's in the store, and they're always making sure things are sanitary. The bathroom here is well worth asking for the key, because that joint is grade-A pristine. Say what you will about gas prices, but the boys at Shell by the police station are a force to be reckoned with.”
“I had forgotten my wallet and was about to run out of gas. I did have a visa gift card on me but it kept getting declined. I called Visa and they were no help at all. I told the guy working inside I'd call my husband and he offered to give me money for gas to get home and said I could drive back to repay him after I got my wallet. That is AMAZING considering how untrusting the world is today. I did not take him up on the offer; made it to a gas station closer to our house where my husband met me with cash. What a nice man!! Restores my faith in mankind. Thank you sir, whatever your name is for your kindness.”
