“At the risk of spilling the beans, this pharmacy is one of the best kept secrets in Lake County and potentially the whole Chicago-Milwaukee corridor. After visiting several Walgreens and CVS pharmacies in the area--all of which were highly dysfunctional, overworked, and incompetent--I started going to Sam's Club Gurnee. Often there is no wait, and if there is one it's miniscule. The employees are kind, they'll pick up the phone if you call, and the prices are good. Very possibly you don't have to be a member to go here. I have no idea why more people don't use this pharmacy. Somebody needs to do a case study figuring how this pharmacy has managed to stay light years ahead of other chains. Better employee pay? Not open on Sundays? Being tucked away in a corner? Lack of advertising? Requiring customers to walk a ways from the parking lot?”

“I just wanna thank the guys in the tire center over there. My wife was alone in Illinois dealing with family matters and had a flat tire in these current frigid conditions ? and from the strangers that didn’t even speak English in a highland park Shell station that changed her flat tire to the spare and these guys at Sam’s club that worked her in on a Friday at 3 o’clock and took care of her tire. Because the tires were purchased at Sam’s Club in Michigan we had a $20 charge and we had a new tire they even mounted the spare back up underneath and sent her on her way. “This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.”

“We had a fast leak on a Sunday morning but we were so fortunate to be near this Costco. Our Service Technician “Luis” was absolutely fantastic! “I recently went to Gurnee and I decided to buy some groceries and I ended up in this place. It is my first time at this location of Sam's Club and nothing is really different. The parking is wide and spacious. The store was so busy, but the cleanliness of the whole place was still maintained. I chose this place for my groceries, and the main reason is that they have a great selection of literally everything that I needed. They also have better prices. They have a wide and fresh selection of produce. There are a variety of options for snacks, and my favorites are available. I also went to the liquor section, where I found a wide selection of different liquors, and I could just choose anything I wanted. The 818 drink, which I think is kind of famous now, is also available, and I never tried it, which made me buy one. There are no worries when it comes to the stocks in this place because there are a lot of stocks, or more like unlimited stocks, for everything. I was about to go to the checkout when I felt famished, and the good thing is that there are foods available inside. I bought a hot dog and a brownie sundae, which were definitely delicious. There was a long line at the checkout, but it did not frustrate me a lot after eating some good food before proceeding in there.”

“I have been a member of Costco Lake Zurich. I especially use the optical department( exceptional service) and I fill up with gasoline every week. The folks at the fuel pumps are the most helpful and friendly employees- Eva and Scott are Just two of the people that are always helpful. Costco has some of the most friendly consumer policies in the retail industry- low prices, huge selection and easy return. The credit card provides over $1100 every year in points and that covers the membership fee over ten times. Just want to thank the people at Costco.
