“Saved my booty! I needed a key copied and the other place I tried with the automated kiosk was pretty pathetic and couldn't find the blank, hung and wasn't responsive and when it finally worked the 3rd time it wanted to ship me a house key for my scooter key blank.
Contrast with Buikema's Ace where they had 3 different blanks in stock of varying length and I could pick my size and their computer aided key machine made it flawlessly the first time. WELL DONE Ace!”

I'll admit, when the store's longtime local ownership sold to the corporate Ace team a few years back, I worried that the personal touch might get lost. I'm happy to say that concern turned out to be unfounded. So many of the relationships I built over the years have carried through.
Just last weekend, over Labor Day, I needed help choosing a new grill. Linda and Sandy not only walked me through finding the best option for my family — and the most economical one — but then these two didn't hesitate to help me hoist a heavy, fully-assembled Weber grill into the back of my truck.

“I wanted to buy a Razor electric dirt bike for my grandson. The bikes are available online, but need to be assembled. I contacted Lowe's and spoke with Jasmine. The level of customer service from Jasmine and her team was exceptional. She ordered the bike and kept in contact to let me know when it arrived at the store and when assembly was completed. She even arranged to have the bike kept in the customer service department until I was ready to pick it up so it would not get scratched. Jasmine and her team were amazing! If you are looking for a bike, I highly recommend Lowe's.”
