“I have a snowblower that has not been used in years...brought it to the Toro dealer and was told it would be 5-7 weeks to have it serviced....I brought it to Russo's yesterday and was told it would be a week or 1 1/2 weeks but they would try and get to it sooner. “Saved my booty! I needed a key copied and the other place I tried with the automated kiosk was pretty pathetic and couldn't find the blank, hung and wasn't responsive and when it finally worked the 3rd time it wanted to ship me a house key for my scooter key blank.
Contrast with Buikema's Ace where they had 3 different blanks in stock of varying length and I could pick my size and their computer aided key machine made it flawlessly the first time. WELL DONE Ace!”
“I like this location because it’s usually really clean and they give some good discounts from time to time. Every once in a while I’ll see someone with their dog in there and it makes my day, that’s just me. The power tools are fairly priced as well and my lawn mower I got last year from here still works great!”
