βThe mechanics were knowledgeable and very friendly. They assessed my concern with my TPMS and told me honestly that I had 3/4 dead, but they recommended I consider having them all changed at once because likely the 4th will go out. I had shopped around and Cassidy had the lowest price of the three. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will return for new tires in about 10,000 miles.
The person at the front counter was filling in for the day from another location. He was very friendly and kindly answered my questions.

βI had a rattle under my truck which I was 99% sure of what it was. I had major oral surgery when the rattle occurred and wasnβt supposed to be bending or doing anything physical, but a week after surgery I climbed under my truck part way and found the culprit of the rattling I was sure. I went in to Mike More Miles in Naperville bc it is right by my house and I read a lot of wonderful reviews. When I walked in Curt greeted me and I told him the issue and he had the team pull my truck right in and check it out. I was right on the rattle and it was a quick fix and they fixed it right then and there for me. They then noticed my back brakes and rotors were completely shot which I knew needed to be replaced soon and they were able to schedule me to come back after picking my sons up from school and get them done and they did them in an hour. The price was very reasonable and the fact they could get them done that day was amazing. Definitely will be coming back when I need anything done on my truck. Would highly recommend them too. Great customer service!β
βI have taken my cars to Joe for a while now and service is still great as ever.
I have my Audi A4 b5 serviced here and my GTI here many times and I trust Joe and Adam with my cars.
They take care of the cars as if they are their own personal vehicle. The care in their service really shows in their work.
They recommend other things that they see on their inspections but are never pushy to get more work unless it is a safety issue.
I will continue to super this shop in the future because it is difficult to find an "automotive guy" they really understands customer needs.

βLove the work that they do here. They're probably best known for their custom exhausts. A lot goes into each of their exhausts to ensure fitment and great sound. It's not cheap, but the work they do is exceptional. Owner and staff are all patient and friendly.β

βExcellent service, great people. My 2015 CRV had a rear main seal leak and the dealership wanted a small fortune for the repair. Naperville Automotive Solutions fixed not only the leak but also the timing actuator and a few more issues and I still paid less than what the dealership wanted. Geoff was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain the process in terms that made sense to a person who doesn't know much about car parts. The technician J. C. did a great job with the repair because now my car is running like new. Overall, they exceeded expectations, communication was always clear, they provided updates on the repair and everyone was polite and professional. They can usually give me a ride to my workplace and back so I don't have to hang around. Or provide a "loaner". And they try to help me keep costs down for things like the new tires I bought last fall. Allen is a superb auto tech and is very thorough and meticulous.
