“We went engagement ring shopping at Fey & Co a few months back. Although we didn’t end up purchasing here, we did want to write a review because we had a wonderful experience here.First, the selection was robust. Out of all the jewelry stores we went to, the options here were the most unique and yet very classic. We were there for a long time and managed to find two that we really loved. Second, their options for customization is a plus. They provide you with the opportunity to mold and adjust your band design and pick your stone and setting. It is a very custom solution. Third, the customer service was great. We were uneducated, and it took us a long time to look at everything, since I was still learning what style I was interested in. They patiently helped us try many styles and explained the patterns of what I liked so I could better identify my taste. Not once did I get the sense that they were exasperated or frustrated, which is a huge relief because you know how it can be these days shopping for things. Finally, they are a family-owned business and they are still small. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to Fey & Co to search for your engagement ring and jewelry needs.”
“As I was walking in, 2 ladies were walking out and saying "I've NEVER been disappointed in this store", AND I COULDN'T AGREE MORE! I usually buy a little something in here to treat myself to. Their prices are usually a bit on the higher side, but it's a boutique. I walked out today with a candle, a card and a piece of super sale Christmas decor. It's a toss-up if I get greeted or not. But I feel like I always end up talking to someone that works there, so it's not that they aren't polite! I love the small business vibes especially after Naperville is being overtaken with big box stores.”
