Mike Green was amazing. I was without a working phone for 2.5 days. Did door by phone with Verizon with 3 people over that time. No luck, and was very frustrated. Made an appt and went to this store. Mike was amazing, has more knowledge than the phone people. He worked his magic and my phone is up and running perfectly.

I went to 3 Verizon stores today trying to find the new iPhone. Horrible experiences at the first two places.
