This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help me out. The customer service here is the best around. Everyone from management to business to sales representatives: 10/10.

Mike Green was amazing. I was without a working phone for 2.5 days. Did door by phone with Verizon with 3 people over that time. No luck, and was very frustrated. Made an appt and went to this store. Mike was amazing, has more knowledge than the phone people. He worked his magic and my phone is up and running perfectly.

I went to 3 Verizon stores today trying to find the new iPhone. Horrible experiences at the first two places. Super rude employees you can tell just didn’t wanna be at work today. 3rd store I walked in and Angelica was AMAZING. So so kind and patient with all of my dumb questions.
