“This one time, I came in here buying flowers. I usually go through self-checkout. But I saw a lady who looked nice. Went through her line, learned her name is Cornelia. As a regular in this Target location, I kept going in her line. She has a huge heart. I was buying flowers for my mom. She only had a cold, but every time I get sick, she takes the day off of work to stay with me and laugh with me, watch TV with me, all that and more. Cornelia is one of the first people ever who taught me the importance of getting to know the little people in your life. That in itself is the top way to making your hometown full of Jeep Wrangler drivers and lululemon wearers a true community. Also, I like the organization of the store and the app and all that, too. But building a community is the most important thing to any company. Thank you, Cornelia. You gave me an extremely important lesson. My heart when I first met you was as small as the heart of the Grinch. You helped it grow bigger.”

“I had an appointment at 11 AM. Surprisingly there was a line before the store even opened. I paid for a battery replacement for an iPhone, and it was done within the hour. They also fixed another iPhone (which I didn’t have an appointment for) while running diagnostics on the problem iPhone. Great customer service as usual. Make an appointment if you can, rather than doing a walk in, to save time.”

Every appliance I own came from that store because the service is very knowledgeable, their prices are typically better than other places, delivery is quick and their selection is large (price points for all budgets). Today I worked with John who helped me find a new stove and dishwasher. He was great and found four rebates for me to save beyond the sale prices offered by Grand. Thank you John!!”
