“There is an employee named Hollywood; he is always exceptional and helps me with my 50 lb salt bags. Mr Hollywood works beyond his Costco duties, I hope they recognize that!!”

“Cannot say enough fabulous things! Working with Yvonne and getting all future project guidance and materials here! My partner and I recently spent an afternoon at ProSource looking for better options for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Everything from the big box stores was…..basic at best and tacky at worst. There was no design support, we were overwhelmed and lost. But coming to ProSource and working with one of their sales associates Yvonne, we couldn’t be happier! She helped direct our vision to a new level, she helped consult to keep us in budget but elevate this project from something we were dreading to something we can’t wait to see executed!”

“It very much sucks that you can't shop at Costco unless your name is on the membership card but nonetheless, it's still a good location! I tried out the strawberry sundae with chocolate syrup and it was super tasty and had great value ($3). The service here is also quick at both the food court and the regular grocery store self checkout lines.”

“Costco Warehouse in Naperville is a classic Costco win - clean, well-organized, and dangerously good for your wallet (because you will buy more than planned). The staff is friendly and efficient, checkout moves fast even during peak hours, and the inventory is well-stocked with everything from groceries to those “how did this end up in my cart?” impulse buys. Gas station lines can get busy, but the savings make it worth the wait. Overall, reliable, convenient, and a solid 5-star stop for bulk lovers and free-sample hunters alike.”

“Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.”

“Always crowded no matter what day I go. This is a dangerous place to go to because they're emptying my pocket every time. My family will not be happy if I don't go groceries shopping here. We're so hooked. We love their precooked dinner like lasagna, meatloaf, chicken pasta, salmon seafood stuffing and many more... My pets foodd and supplies were also purchased here. Not to mention the all seasons decorating, flowers, plants, medicines, and even jewelry. As long as you can afford it, Costco have it all.”

“It’s cold outside (imagine that, in Chicago) get in my car and tire pressure is low on all 4 tires, exceptionally low on one. Costco took my car in right away and ended up finding a nail in one, they quickly fixed it, checked all of the tires and just aired those up and sent me on my way. We really appreciate the service we always receive from Costco Tire, fair prices and convenient hours.”

“I've been going here for about 5 years I think. The staff is great and the doctors have always been professional and thorough. I frankly don't understand all of the bad reviews. I've always had great experiences here.”

Read the postWhen it comes to buying appliances, people who prioritize price over other factors end up less satisfied in the long run. That's what the J.D.
