“I would like to take a moment and thank James & Sons Fine Jewelers team at Orland Park for the amazing experience they provided me. At my first visit I met with Bertie and she showed several time pieces and was able to create a registry profile of what I was looking for. On my recent visit I met with Nathan and he informed me that watch on my registry is in route and I will getting a call soon. Just 2 days later I got the call from Nathan that my watch has arrived. When I came to the store, I was treated like family. Nathan and Kasey made sure that my new time piece was sized perfectly and made the entire experience smooth and memorable. “Let’s see, where do we begin? I suppose in the beginning, yeah? We arrived to the Orland Park, IL store which we were informed later is their flagship store, and later we saw why. To start, Matthew welcomed us with open arms. Right down to business, we informed him we were looking for wedding rings & he brought over his coworker Justin. Justin made us feel like he was planning the entire wedding, giving us pointers on the rings we were selecting & even showing the pros and cons of the bling we had grown attached to. Near the end of the purchase process, we were getting upset; for you see, Matthew & Justin were our new friends! They cared, they didn’t pressure us, they did not steer us in any way to make a purchase to pad their bottom line. We’ve had negative experiences before but this positive one blew us away. To be honest, we want to get married again just so we can ask for their assistance at least one more time.10/10, would chat again.”
