“Hybrid battery replacement went great. **Bruce is a top tier mechanic and an asset to this company! He was so comforting when answering all of my questions regarding install and warranties. He even pivoted from a shop appointment I’d made to doing a remote install when my battery (sooner than expected) died on my way into work the day before I was supposed to take my Prius into the shop! Install was done in the parking lot while I was at work, and I was able to walk out at night to a happy car that got me home safely!

He came outside and helped replace windshield wipers on my wife’s car and when the first set didn’t fit, he went back and found the correct size at no extra cost. He even figured out how to install them on our Mazda, which honestly has a weird setup compared to most cars. Super patient, professional, and went above and beyond instead of just sending me on my way. Customer service like that is rare now. Thanks again Michael!”
