“Hybrid battery replacement went great. **Bruce is a top tier mechanic and an asset to this company! He was so comforting when answering all of my questions regarding install and warranties. He even pivoted from a shop appointment I’d made to doing a remote install when my battery (sooner than expected) died on my way into work the day before I was supposed to take my Prius into the shop! Install was done in the parking lot while I was at work, and I was able to walk out at night to a happy car that got me home safely!

“These guys are always the best. Started day with a car that barely started. After doing several checks and a little research I concluded I needed a battery. I asked for a quick double check and I was told everything checked fine and something must have drained it overnight. Turns out my trunk was open slightly for a few days but the rubber seal had stuck to it and held it down. Didn’t get a name but every time I go here I find someone who has worked with his hands and his head. Thanks”

“I stopped in at the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store on Mannheim Rd in Bellwood,IL a few days ago to buy a set or replacement wiper blades. I was greeted by the store manager, Wes. It took about 3 minutes to select the blades and complete my purchase. Wes came out to the parking lot with me and taught me how to replace my wiper blades, which also took about 3 minutes. Wes went above and beyond! And, he is a very nice guy to deal with! 5+ Stars for Wes! Thank you Wes!!!”
“Michael was an absolute angel and helped me make sure I was getting the right headlight bulb and also helped to replace them right away! While swapping out the bulb, a few regulars passed through asking questions and Michael helpfully answered and chatted making the whole experience feel more like popping over to a friend’s garage than a tedious trip to the parts store. “I visit this store when we encountered the -19 weather. It was freezing cold and my car battery died out. I spoke with Jaime and he guaranteed that it might need a new battery. So I drove to the store and my car completely shut off. So I purchased a battery.
This man was so incredible, he installed the battery in my car, while going through this negative freezing weather. I’m so grateful for his kindness and patience. I don’t think anyone would have done what he did.
