“I went into AT&T with my father to help get all his accounts updated and make sure he was getting the best priced plan. The service was quick and tailored to his exact needs. The staff was pleasant and very honest. It was a great experience”

“We highly recommend Brayan and AT&T. We stopped in at the Harlem/Dempster location for issues with our internet and Brayan assisted us in resolving the issues. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Brayan for any of your AT&T needs.”

“"Absolutely phenomenal service! I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max to cellular express after it stopped turning on, and I was blown away by the exceptional expertise and care. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work on fixing it. Not only did they repair my phone, but they also went above and beyond to ensure it was in pristine condition. The communication was top-notch, and I was kept informed every step of the way. My phone is now working like new again, and I couldn't be happier! The price was very reasonable, and the service was lightning-fast. I've already recommended [store/technician name] to friends and family, and I will continue to do so. If you need your iPhone fixed, look no further! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could!"”

“The Niles Cricket store is terrific -- I've been there several times in the last few months for help with a failing phone, signing up for overseas services, and most recently a new iPhone. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming and patient with whatever problem you have -- they make sure to get things done right. Really good service.”

“OMG Easy Peasy!!!!!! Walked in and was helped by Tuba (Or Tula). Walked out in less than an hour with my modum all set up and ready to go. Came home, plugged it in and it worked. Imagine that! Good by big company with 3 initials who I had been with since 1964, I'm now a happy T Mobile newbie.”

“I will just say that Brendan R. was the representative I dealt with. I came in with four devices, looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Worth noting the contract on one of the devices long since passed and the other three were purchased at the Apple Store, so there was no issue transferring them all over the only snafu was related to catching a couple of benefits for switching that don't kick in until after being with T-Mobile for a certain period of time. Eventually, I'll work my way back to the store to make sure those are put into place. Regardless Brendan was able to effectively do the work and inside of I'll say approximately 45 minutes to an hour was able to switch all my devices from Verizon to T-Mobile. My new bill is less and right now I would say I'm very satisfied with the service. I think also worth noting when I walked in, there was only two other customers both of which left shortly thereafter, so there were very few distractions. I will also say that by the time I left, there were a lot of people in the store. I'm not a big fan of going to cellular stores whether they're the direct store for the carrier or an authorized dealer. I've had miserable experiences over the years, the absolute worst were at Verizon, but this one was quite positive. I would just say thank you Brandon.”

“I have been with Verizonwireless for an over 31yrs. That should speaks volumes. It is fair to say not all staff members are the same with their levels of services. That relates to the every other similar stores. Overall I am still with Verizon and happy with services. Verizonwireless store on Touhy Ave. in Niles has been my go to stores for many years.”

“As far as Targets go this one is fine. The store is clean and organized. The people I've interacted with all good. Probably the only downside of this location is the mall. Golf Mill mall is closed on the north half so if you want to go to the mall you have to go around to one of the southern entrances.”

“Huge shoutout to Paula, and the entire team at Verizon Wireless Anytime I’ve had an issue they’ve always worked with me and made sure everything gets handled the right way. Great customer service, professional, patient, and always trying to find solutions instead of just giving answers. It’s hard to find people who actually care about helping customers, and this team definitely does.If you’re a business owner looking for reliable service and people who will truly take care of you, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“They say that if you live 10 minutes from a Costco and/or 10 minutes from a Starbucks, your property value goes up like an extra 10 to 15 percent. Ok, I can buy that but how about living close to Target?? My Target is right next to Costco by the way. Let me know if you have that data point but nonetheless, I love this location. So convenient to get to from Touhy or Gross Point Rd. They also enlarged this location a number of years ago, this is one huge store. I've come here for a COVID shot, I've noticed that the selections are always fully stocked, there are great sales following a holiday or Christmas for chocolates, lights and decorations. There's a huge grocery section which is neat and clean. Now it is a parking trap, like I said, it's practically surrounded by Costco and the Costco Gas station so be patient and be kind as you try to find your way out. One more thing, I do like their toy section, I almost feel like a little kid when I check out what they have to offer.”

“This is one of the better Walmarts I have been to especially for a Supercenter. In my few visits here, I have found what I was shopping for without any issues. The check out process was quick with self check out stations. The store was clean and well stocked. I received good service as well.”

“This is the closest Walmart to my home, but also my favorite. They have recently remodeled and everything is so much more organized. In the spring they had a nice selection of potted plants, too. Definitely recommend this location.”
